Please take a minute to fill out our Puppy Application/Questionnaire. This is just our way of getting to know our potential families and a perfect way for you to ask as many questions as you have for us also. We love getting to know our families and truly look forward to hearing from you.

 

 

 

 

 

Health Guarantee/Contract: (click the dachshund above)

This is a Example Copy of our Health Guarantee. Please take a few minutes to review it, and ask any questions you may have. We will send you a email with your puppy's personal Health Guarantee, and all the dates and info will be provided in your copy. You will need to fill out your information for our records and send it back. A original will be provided for you in your babies health folder that he or she will come home with.

 

 

 

 

 

Placing a Deposit:

We require a NON refundable deposit to hold a puppy for you. Deposit amounts are based on price ($200.00 for babies under $1000.00 - $300.00 for babies $1000.00 and up), this amount is applied to the balance of your new family member. We allow 3 business days unless prior arrangements have been made to receive your deposit. We will place the baby as SOLD going to your family once it is received. All puppies are up for adoption until a deposit has been placed. If you back out of your baby once a deposit has been made, we will refund you any money paid over the deposit amount. Once your dachshund puppy is 7 weeks old, if you back out half of the total will be replaced. We accept checks, postal money orders or payments made with PayPal for our deposits. PayPal fees will apply!

Making Payments:

Payments can be made throughout the time your baby is growing up here. We do require, however, that your puppy be paid for in FULL by time he or she reaches 8 weeks of age. We ONLY accept Cash or PayPal for any final payments made once your baby is 8 weeks old. Your baby will be ready to join your family when he or she reaches 8-10 weeks old (Normally we let babies go home at 8 weeks but on occasion we feel more comfortable holder babies a little longer until we feel they are mature enough to leave). At that time you can come pick your baby up or we can meet you within 30 miles free of charge, anything over may have a fuel charge depending on if we have business to tend to in that area. (We shop in the Burleson, Arlington and Waco areas weekly so those days are free of charge). We also have a personal delivery service we offer for us to fly your baby to you or drive them to you as well (charges will apply)

 

 

 

 

 

Picking up your baby:

Your baby will be ready to go home at 8-10 weeks of age. We encourage you to come here to pick your baby up in person and meet our dachshunds. However we are aware that sometime its just too far. For that we offer a few different options.

 

We would be happy to meet you free of charge 1 hour from our house. If you would like us to drive further we do not have a issue with that at all, however there will be a charge of .55 per mile to cover our gas charges. This fee will need to be paid for before delivery.

 

We DO NOT ship our babies out!! BUT, we encourage you to fly here and pick your baby up in person and fly back with him or her under your seat. We would be more than happy to meet you at the airport so you can get on a return flight quickly or we can pick you up and bring you to our house and take you back when your flight is ready if there is a long lay over. We live a hour and a half from the airport so please make sure you have time for a visit if you choose to do so.

 

We also offer our Personal Delivery Service. We would be happy to fly your baby directly to you. Additional charges will apply (airfare and possible hotel if there is not a return flight same day). We have had MANY families take advantage of both options. If you would like to speak to someone in reference to their experience please let us know and we will gladly get you in touch with them. My husband is a travel agent and can sometimes find great flight deals if you choose this option.

 

According to USDA Animal Welfare Act any breeder who ships a puppy from a site unseen sale is to be USDA licensed. This is for your protection from puppy mills selling you a sick, unhealthy baby.
